SHIPPING:

Within Australia:

Due to Delivery problems with Australia Post's Parcel Post Satchel, from 10.10.06 all parcels will be sent via Australia Post's Express Post Satchel. A flat fee of $7.00 will be charged for postage and handling to all areas within Australia. Delivery will usually be the next day, depending on the area that it is being mailed to (See Australia Post's National Network Listing for details). The Satchel Barcode Number will be sent via email to you for delivery Records.

International:

At present all international orders should be placed via email - not through the online shop. Please contact us via email with your order at sales@beadazzledbeads.com.au. Rates for shipping will vary according to distances and the weight of the parcel, as well as whether insurance is required.

As a guide only, the following are estimated costs for basic international air mail to various locations:

New Zealand (AUD$) between $6.00 to $27.00
United Kingdom (AUD$) between $9.00 to $50.00
United States (AUD$) between $8.00 to $43.00

RETURNS:

All items are thoroughly checked before packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition. All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. To request a refund/return we must be notified either by email at sales@beadazzledbeads.com.au or phone on (07) 54928795 within 3 days of receiving your goods. If a refund or return is approved, the products need to be returned to us within 7 days in original condition. Sale Items and End of Line Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPMENT:

Within a few minutes of placing your order via our online shop, you will receive a confirmation email from Bead-Azzled Beads Pty Ltd confirming your order.

Your order will not be shipped until payment is received. Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, once payment via credit card through our secure site using National Australia Bank's Secure Internet Payments System is made.

BACKORDERS:

We will advise you of items not in stock at the time of shipping. No further record is kept of items not shipped, therefore backorders are not shipped at a later date.
